Q: Are customers allowed in the store?
A: Yes, starting July 16th, customers are allowed to enter the store. Please be aware that we have a maximum of 5 customers in the store at one time and face masks are mandatory. If you do not have a facemask you are more than welcome to purchase a disposable mask for $1.25 at our entrance.
Q: Can we place orders through your website?
A: We’re now offering online shopping to all customers across Canada. Customers can choose to pick-up online orders in store or have the items shipped to them.
Q: Can you ship items to my address?
A: After your order has been received, you will be contacted via e-mail with shipping quotes. Just reply with the desired shipping method and the charge will be applied to your invoice. Orders at this stage can also be cancelled. We are currently implementing automated shipping quotes to expedite your purchasing experience.
Q: What payment options are available at store?
A: We’re currently accepting Mastercard & Visa credit cards, debit/interac payments, & cash payments.
Q: How do I know what you have available in store?
A: Our website has a live inventory system in place. If it is listed as in stock you can purchase it online and set it for pick-up or choose “contact me for shipping”.
Q: I want something but don’t have the money right now. Can I put items on hold? What if I leave a deposit?
A: Unfortunately we are not offering our customers lay-away at this time with or without deposits. It is first come first serve.
Q: Are you still offering discounts on products? What about special discounts?
A: We have permanently reduced the prices on almost all of our products. Having been closed for nearly 3 months are not offering special discounts. This does not apply to B2B (business to business) transactions. This does not apply to regular discounts for products.
Q: What is your store policy for returns, exchanges, & refunds?
A: All sales are final until the pandemic has passed. No exceptions.
