Norinco Commercial ammunition is mass-produced to military specifications, using copper/brass washed steel cases, steel-core projectiles, non-corrosive primers, and full-power powder loads. As a result, the rounds are more affordable than European and American brands, at the expense of “shooting hot” and sacrificing a small amount of accuracy.
